Thomas holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in computer science from the Vienna University of Technology and business law from Vienna University of Economics and Business. With this combined knowledge, he is dedicated to the interface between law and technology.

In addition to his main job at RTR, where he heads the AI service center set up as a project in the TKP department, he is also involved in digital preservation of evidence as co-founder of NetzBeweis. He is developing digital signature software for his open source project “open-pdf-sign”. As a programmer of FlexLex, Bernhard Jungwirth and he have a lot of experience with the creation of PDFs for book printing and the handling of Austrian legal texts.
